I'm eating fruit for breakfast fruit for a snack usually a sandwich for lunch, beans and an ounce tortilla chips, and then whatever is made for dinner (as I still live at home).

Do the 30 day squat challenge... start at 10 squats and add 5 each day (minimum). I've done it now for 5 days now. Its a great challenge! It'll round out your tush and help your thighs too! :smile:
