    NEWBIE ALERT!

    5' 2''

    Currently 54kg, (119lbs) but as an ex-athlete, I feel very out of shape..I'd just like really to drop some body fat!!

    Goal weight around 51kg (116?lbs) but mainly I'd like to get my body fat percentage lower and be fitter! (And look good on the beach :-))

    Have never ever ever lost weight before and never on a diet, I seem to put pride on eating ridiculously large amounts which has to stop! Any one who can help with motivation I would really appreciate it! Looking forward to finding a twin!!

    Or size 16/18, just want to be able to shop at non-specialty stores and to fit in seats better, airplane seats, roller coaster seats, and stadium seats. Need to lose 157 lbs, my husband is working with me but he's a guy so he'll lose different than I do....
