Good morning everyone. How has the last week been for everyone? I am very happy to say that in the last 2 weeks eating more has helped me. I got weighed yesterday and am down 3lbs! Finally!! Hungry 2 hours later?
Why when I was eating 1000 calories a day was I never hungry. Now that I have increased my calories I almost always feel hungry about 2 hours after I eat. Anyone else experience this after upping from under eating for an extended period of time?

Why does my daily food total say to eat my exercising calories? Isnt the goal to have a net loss for the day?
