Why does my daily food total say to eat my exercising calories? Isnt the goal to have a net loss for the day?

For example:

Daily net calorie goal: 1,200+
calories burned: 706-
calories consumed: 1,029
Calories remaining: 877

Also under the goal section it says this:
Your Diet Profile Target
Calories Burned
From Normal Daily Activity 1,920 calories/day

The Normal Daily Activity shows 1920, is that suppose to represent my BMR? Which I have calculated mine is about 1500 calories... Is there a way to change that?

The daily net calories goal already has your deficit built in for whatever weekly weight loss you chose. Regardless of your weight loss goal, you need to eat a minimum of 1200 cal/day to stay healthy and get all your vitamins. You should eat most of your exercise calories - as your body works harder, it needs more fuel. Ideally your goal should be to get the calories remaining as close to zero as possible - this should mean you will lose weight at the rate you selected at setup.

Regarding the calories burned from daily activity - that is not your BMR - your BMR is what you'd burn if you lied in bed all day and did nothing. This takes into account your general daily activity level - walking around, working, etc. As long as you picked an accurate activity level (sedentary if you're really sedentary, moderate if you're somewhere in the middle, etc.) then this "normal daily activity" calorie amount should be fairly accurate.
