Ladies!!! That time of the Month
This may sound personal ~ but curious to know if its worth weighing yourself during your time of the month???? I usually weigh myself every week but when it comes to that time i always gain like more than just a few pounds even though nothing much has changed, i still workout, and, still stick to my MFP cals.

Zaggora Pants!!!!!
I keep seeing adds for these on my FB at first i was like wtf are zaggora pants, had a spy lastnight.. I get that they make you sweat but just wondering has anyone tried them do they actually work (apparently you can drop up to 2 dress sizes) not that this is the reason i fancy a pair but do they help with weight loss
