Mummy Tummy ~ how do i get the fat off

So im actually really happy with my body right now, upper half is now a size 10 very toned, bottom half is slowly catching up but a size 12. But the one area that seems to be sticking around is my lower tummy & just above my hips, its not quite what a call a spare tyre lol no ammount of ab work or crunches will make any diff i can feel my abs & under my tummy is plenty muscle its the fat i need to blast off . I already do alot of JM workouts around 5 a week, not able to go to gym as i have 3 children & a job to juggle. Ideas of how to blast fat from tummy & hip area will be much appreciated
