Anyone have complaints about food smells at work? Especially hard boiled eggs or tuna salad? How do you handle it? We even have a no popcorn rule because the smell is so over powering.

Using coconut oil
I have just purchased and started using coconut oil. Love it, it is wonderful! I always log the calories when I cook with it. However I also use it as a skin treatment, for serious dry patches. Should I log the calories that I use on my skin? It is being absorbed. That would seriously increase my calorie intake!
