Using coconut oil

I have just purchased and started using coconut oil. Love it, it is wonderful! I always log the calories when I cook with it. However I also use it as a skin treatment, for serious dry patches. Should I log the calories that I use on my skin? It is being absorbed. That would seriously increase my calorie intake!

The oil being absorbed through your skin can't make it into your digestive tract. No worries! If that were the case, I would never be able to lose weight with the amount of creams and oils I slather on my dry skin in the winter!0

No, It isn't actually going through your skin.0

Not sure if joking or not, but no.
Otherwise we would all have to log our lotions as well.
It never makes it into your stomach.0
