Bone Broth and MCT oil ...
I've discovered Bone broth and MCT oil recently. I find that Bone broth's amazing to break a fast... You can sip it slowly. It has like 30 cal per cup with potassium and 9 killing grams of protein. Very hard to find 9g for 30 cal. Add some himalayan salt or a tiny bit of Bovril to make it taste less blend that's all. MCT…

High protein and very tasty omelet 1/2 small raw oinion 1/2 can of light tuna in water 3 extra large eggs 3 tsp of 1% cottage cheese spices Mix all together and cook it in the pan like usual. 364 cal, 10g carb, 19g fat, 44g protein, 1g fiber, 5g sugar you can use smaller or less eggs for less fat Hope you'll enjoy it
