Started the program Monday and I love it... I've done (so many BB workouts) and this one is simple and effective so far.... Basic moves including weights, HIIT cardio, abs and stretch. I'm mixing this program with Intermittent fasting 16:8 (i've been doing for years).

try this... big water bottle (32 oz)...add a spoon of apple cider vinegar, a pinch of himalayan salt and a 1/4 spoon of cream of tartar. This will boost your system and with the sodium and potassium the growls should go away.... It worked for me like magic...No growls,never dizzy etc

Good luck in your IF journey. I mostly go 16:8 but days off I push it too 17:7. I don't struggle with it at all..Very easy. I'm pretty sure your IF is working since it is for me. Keep it up.

Well it's not a recipes but it's a fasting drink.... To not feel dizzy etc... (which works) I take a big bottle of water (32 oz) and mix a spoon of Apple cider vinegar (boost and burn effect), a pinch of Himalayan salt (sodium) and 1/4 spoon of cream of tartar (potassium). This helps me a lot.... No calories whatsoever.

Well I will do my best...which means that I've started to eat clean, Workout 5-6 days a week and I started intermittent fasting (16-8).. Can't do much more than that ;)

well it all depends on how much loose skin. A little will shrink with time.... but it's a long process cause you cannot burn or pin point on one spot... Surgery is mostly used when there's too much loose skin. For a little..well, keep eating well and try to work more on toning exercise...like plank etc... Good luck

naaaaahhhh! 1 medium is around 200 cal... 700?? impossible. Still...Yes..sweet potatoes STILL have calories,sugar and carbs but it's good carbs...good sugar. That's why they are good.... but eating too much of them will STILL make you gain...

It does work at first but it will go back to normal rate later. A good balance after will be required.... good carbs,good fat...good protein

Like it was said before...you cannot spot reduce.... EVER! Adding more lean protein will help with muscles mass but that's pretty much it. Try to avoid eating too much Carbs and (bad) fat......some fat are good but there's a limit. Eat good fiber...this will help you (go!).... Try to go for basic strength workouts!.....…

my wife doesn't eat like i do too... She eats breakfast and lunch and snacks like she wants. For supper I make it for all of us and it's healthy so she eats good at that moment (kids included) I buy good food for the kids too but sometime yes..they have can noddles or kraft dinner but they're kids and i don't want to piss…
