Hey everyone, so recently i have upped my workouts on monday from: 1130-1300h weights and cardio to: 0730-0830 cardio (military cardio 3kg medball runs etc) 1130-1230 Weights 1830-1930 MMA. Now currently im on ketosis and roughly 500cal deficit. So far i have been fine with lack of energy etc, but i have hit a plateu and…
