IIFYM Who can do it?

Hey all, so a quick question has anyone ever used IIFYM (if it fits your macros)? i have used it in the past, but now that im getting to the single digits BF% I don't feel like i can. For example 1 cadbury bar ~250cal fits with my macros perfectly and i'd still be under my daily goal..

Anyone ever tried it to get single digits?
