MMA and Gym and Cardio

Hey everyone, so recently i have upped my workouts on monday from:

1130-1300h weights and cardio to:

0730-0830 cardio (military cardio 3kg medball runs etc)
1130-1230 Weights
1830-1930 MMA.

Now currently im on ketosis and roughly 500cal deficit. So far i have been fine with lack of energy etc, but i have hit a plateu and hence the new regime on monday to boot my body back from the plateu.

Question is how much extra do you guys eat for excersise? (keto would be better)
