Best Workout Plan
What is your favourite workout plan? Whether it's a DVD, an online program (bodybuilding.com, for example), or your own personal plan? I have problems generating my own schedule, it's easier when I follow something very specifically laid out.

Alcohol?
I'm just curious, what's in alcohol that makes it so high calorie? I am aware of the sugar added in coolers and drinks like that, but what about just vodka?

Binging Support Buddies

Freshman 15?
I'm going into my first year of university next week and I really want to keep LOSING instead of gaining. Can anyone give some tips? Did you gain the freshman 15? I know that avoiding alcohol is an easy way to keep it off, but realistically I know I'm going to be partying and whatnot. So any other tips would be awesome :)

Splenda
I am aware that I consume way too much splenda in coffee/tea considering I put about 3 in (sweet tooth, I know) a few times a day. I just love sweet coffee and sweet tea! How can I slowly get myself off this and adapt to enjoying a less sweet drink more?
