Does anyone else have a serious binging problem? At night I just want to eat everything in sight (and sometimes I do..). I also find that if I had one slip-up (ex: a bite of a cookie) I figure my day is ruined and I might as well just eat whatever I want. It's seriously a bad psychological issue, I think.
If anyone out there is like me, add me up. We'll support eachother to avoid unnecessary eating during those late, hungry nights....

  • Yes I totally have this problem.

In fact I had this problem today.

I was going good with my goals, exercising daily and eating properly for almost a week straight. And then at work we had some special lunch thing. And they had potatoes. So once I started eating them, it reminded me how hungry I felt and I couldn't stop.

After I got home I ate a whole can of blue diamond almonds, half a salmon I baked yesterday, and then some chicken. And then some salad, but with everything else, it's just more food in my stomach.

    :(

Afterward I tried counting up how many calories I wasted doing this. Not to mention my stomach feels ridiculously uncomfortable even now.

    It's not fun at all.

Not quite sure how to help, but I have to say, once you do it I guess you just have to accept, reset your goals considering your loss, and move on.

Just thinking about how much time and sweat it will take to burn off who knows how many calories makes me sad.
