Best Workout Plan

What is your favourite workout plan? Whether it's a DVD, an online program (bodybuilding.com, for example), or your own personal plan? I have problems generating my own schedule, it's easier when I follow something very specifically laid out.

I set up my own plan based on a 4 day split: Leg day, shoulder day, back and bicep day, and chest and tricep day. I cycle through those 4 days, then have 1 rest day, then repeat. I got the exercises for each day by doing research into what best stimulates the muscles for hypertrophy and developed my own plan from there. It's working for me.0

I use DVDs. I have the Leslie Sansone Walking DVDs, Hip Hop Abs, 10 Minute Solution, Core Rhythms, etc. I basically pick one and just do my workout. I have enough of them to keep exercising from being boring. I had to start kind of slow since I had surgery. I am still healing. Before surgery, I was getting up early in the mornings and getting in between 15 to 30 minutes based on the time I had. I also watched what I was eating and I lost a lot of weight. Anyway, if you need to plan, print out a blank calendar and write in what you want to do. You can print out a blank calendar from http://www.workout-calendar.com/. I hopt this helps. Good luck!0
