Hello, I'm a 33 yr old looking to she'd 40lbs. I've been dieting for a month and have only lost 4lbs! I work out 6 days a week. While I've noticed I've lost 2inches off my waist. I want my scale to go down!!!

Im not doing well on my diet anymore. I mean I still eat healthier and go to the gym, but for whatever reason my body has lost and gained the same 3 lbs over and over again!! just wondering..
we took my daughter to the Zoo today. We were there 5 hours walking around. Even though we stopped to look at things this still counts right... I mean a least 2 hours were spent walking from thing to thing... can I calculate this somehow?? Just curious!

I have been at a stand still for almost 3 weeks!! I havent gained but I havent lossed...what am I doing wrong??? My calorie goal is 2000 and im eating about 1200 to 1500.
