Need some help
I keep eating 1,000 calories a day because i cant eat anymore(i feel stuffed) Soft drinks is what made my weight go up in the first place, I was never a big eater.I've cut the soft drinks out and now im finding it hard to reach my 1200 target, i feel 900ish(is what i can manage) is too little? What to do?

Abs question
Is there any point in doing sit ups/crunches or any ab exercise if I have a layer of fat covering my abs? I weigh 130lb and Im 5''6, if that helps:smile:

Had enough!
I'm 20 years old. 5''6 and weigh 130 lbs. I feel huge(I know im not THAT big) but I feel horrible. I can't stop eating the foods that I like, crisps, and fizzy drinks. So,Iv decided to just go by calories and take multi vitamins. 1,000 calories a day? will it work?:smile:
