I keep eating 1,000 calories a day because i cant eat anymore(i feel stuffed)
Soft drinks is what made my weight go up in the first place, I was never a big eater.I've cut the soft drinks out and now im finding it hard to reach my 1200 target, i feel 900ish(is what i can manage) is too little?
What to do?

Yes I would say that is starving your body especially if you are working out! Do you work out? I feel really hungry one hour after working out and that is usually my higher calorie meal! I will be interested in what others post to this subject beings our bodies burn 1000 + calories just to function each day. That does not include moving or any type of exercise! I say EAT - DRINK - MOVE an you WILL lose!!0

Drink some chocolate milk, or a muscle milk.0

Nuts are also a good way to increase the calorie count and they are soooo good for you, too! :glasses:0
