what protein powder?
im looking at changing my protein powder, at the moment I use Holland and barrets hardcore edition. I do bootcamp 4 times per week and lift at home inbetween, im looking for something to help build muscle. anyone used gold standard whey? looking for reviews and suggestions plz thanks in advance

can anyone suggest a good pre-workout supplement apart from protein plz. i do bootcamp 3xweek at 6am and weightlifting inbetween i always have a protein shake after workout but want to try another supplement. thanks

gym equipement or mfp calorie loss??
just a quick subject im confused on, if i run and walk for an hour on the treadmill the treadmill says ive burnt 510 cals but mfp says ive burnt a lot more? which one is true or close

please help with calories
im getting totally confused with mfp only been on 5days, is eating back the calories you burnt at the gym really that important?? my target is 1600cals per day i eat as close to that as i can, then i go to the gym in the evening till about 10pm, if i burn 500 cals at the gym am i expeted to go home and eat 500??

newbie needs help (and friends)
i kept within my calorie goal yesterday, then did an good hour cardio workout at the gym. the calories i burnt off mfp says i should it eat the same amount of calories. is this true?
