im competing in the spartan sprint obstacle course in sept. once ive smashed the spartans ill be getting a tattoo of a spartan helmet.

i do bootcamp 4x a week, we use resistance bands and they are ace, i would recommend them even brought some for home use, theres 4-5 different colours so you can work your way thru them paid £15 from ebay

yep 30 burpees, im doin spartan sprint in sept. 22 in the uk.

we do loads of burpees at bootcamp so should be ok. cheers

hi, dont have a banana.. im up at 5am and do bootcamp at 6am today i decided to try a banana before the workout.... bad idea.... still finished the bootcamp but felt strange and slightly sick its too heavy in my opinion i have a soluble energy tab before i set out.

i do bootcamp 3x a week our personal trainer predicts we burn between 800-1000 cals i log mine as circuit training and boxercise, hope that helps

great thanks. its just that i get back from the gym at 10pm and im expected to eat 500 calories according to mfp just sounded weird
