Do you exercise during your period?
I am trying to exercise during my period but it seemlike I get super bad cramps. I was thinking of taking the week off. Do anybody else not exercise during their periods?

So I have this elliptical cross trainer and its really great. I was just wondering how do I get the most out of it. When I use it shoulders seem to hurt the most. Am I doing it wrong?

Do bigger people lose weight faster?
So my gf decided she would do the weight loss thing with me. I would say she weighs 250 give or take. We have been eating the same and exercising the same and we got on the scale and she was down 4lbs and i was down 0. =O.....

Propel 0 as water.
Can i log my propel zero as water? It has zero calories and no sugar. I was going to log it as a food since it has sodium. Should I still drink my 10cups of water?

TurboFire?
Has anybody did TurboFire? What were your results at the end. Im just looking at the videos and it looks fun. The only thing is she does not demonstrate the exercise so its like you have to just catch on. Is it confusing? Im really want to know your results though because Im sure I can catch on.

New to TurboFire
So I am starting TurboFire on Monday =]. Im excited but the more i watch it does not seem like ill be able to keep up. Ill probably have to take breaks. Has anybody done this that was like super outta shape.

How long did you exercise before it got easier?
I am super out of shape. I am way to young to get short of breath running for like 1 minute. My question is how long till it get easier. I try and do sit ups and ab exercise and run but ugh I get tired. I keep telling myself keep going but wen I finally do stop I feel like im going to puke.

SHould I do more cardio or lower ab exercises.
I have this daily ab app but it seems like it targets my upper stomach and abs. If you see my pics you will see what I am up against. Should I do more cardio to lose the fat first or more lower ab exercises.

Is a tummy tuck needed?
Im not sure if I actually need one. I feel if I am dedicated in my workouts and diet that I can lose the belly and tone up all on my own. Loose skin or fat?
I have seen this question before but would like more opinions. How do I know if I have loose skin or fat. Doctors say from my pics it looks like skin but from what I have hear it is fat. When I pinch it I cant pull on it. In fact sometimes its even hard to pinch. Also when I push on it it bounces back. What do you think?…
