B12/Lipotropic Injection?

Don't worry I don't plan on getting them. I looked them up because I heard about them through a friend and she said they were great and helped her with weight loss. She is still on them and to me they seem a little addictive. I want to do it naturally though, so I looked up everything that is in one injection. I was up all night researching food that had these same things, how much they had in them, how many calories they are, and how much to eat. I put together a nice little daily meal plan that consists of 3 meals, 2 snacks, and 3 vitamins that i have to take in the am and pm. My question is do you think it will have similar effects as the injection?
