Good or Bad Idea?

I had a vertical c section back in 2009. I am very young Im just 21 and have been told by many people that I can get my stomach not flat but very close to it due to my high metabolism. What are some good exercises to do for that area. I want to rotate daily doing cardio,aerobics, resistance training, and weight training. Also when I get my stomach small enough and less clumpy looking I want to get the incision tattooed over. Good or Bad? If I decide to have kids in the future will this cause complications, I would love to hear from everyone but mainly people who have had a vertical c section. I want to go the none surgical route because I cant afford that.
