For the first time I was able to not go over the recommended calories!!! That is very encouraging for me. Since I just started going back to the gym, my next goal for the upcoming week is to increase the intensity of my workouts.
Does anyone know what percent of calories should be allocated per meal and snacks? I think maybe my problem is that I am not eating the right amount of calories at the right time.
