Back on the Wagon
Hello everyone, I am considering myself new because I was trying my best in Jan but then work and life got in the way and I fell off the motivational wagon. I did it!!!
For the first time I was able to not go over the recommended calories!!! That is very encouraging for me. Since I just started going back to the gym, my next goal for the upcoming week is to increase the intensity of my workouts.

Calorie allocation?
Does anyone know what percent of calories should be allocated per meal and snacks? I think maybe my problem is that I am not eating the right amount of calories at the right time.

Tea v. Coffee

Hard time staying within calorie range....any advice?
So I put my profile and it was suggested that I stay within 1200 calories a day.
