I love that stuff. I drink it at night when I have a sweet craving because it is like dessert but not tooooo bad. Of course you can't do it every night but it is a nice chocolate treat.

Wow, I just went through this entire thread and my head is spinning from all the info :ohwell: I was originially having a problem staying at 1200 calories. Now I am having a hard time reaching 1200 but I'm not hungry and I am NOT losing any weight at all. And I am going to the gym. All that jazz. So is my body starving…

When I go for chinese now I make sure to just eat the steamed bean curd and brocholli. It can't be that bad can it??? I stay away from the sauces but to substitute I will use some hot sauce.

For the first time I was able to not go over the recommended calories!!! That is very encouraging for me. Since I just started going back to the gym, my next goal for the upcoming week is to increase the intensity of my workouts.

Does anyone know what percent of calories should be allocated per meal and snacks? I think maybe my problem is that I am not eating the right amount of calories at the right time.

I used to take the Myoplex for breakfast and actually had a problem with it. My doctor told me it was more for weight trainers. Since I was taking it and not weight training the high protein was causing me to have kidney problems. I ended up in the hospital a few times. I completely stopped taking the Myoplex and the…

Thanks so much for the info. I usually don't put anything in my tea and I did a comparison on the food journal and it showed that with what I do put into coffee it is a 40 calorie difference and that a few times a day could add up. I am going to put it to the test and switch from coffee to tea for awhile.

Hello-It looks tough but it is so easy as long as you have a few minutes to dedicate and are in to it. I started about a week ago and it has really brought to light some bad habits I have and need to break. Give it a real chance and good luck!!!!
