Ugly run

I got curious and added up the walks and runs I've logged on my app. Since January 30, I've logged 76.11 miles of walking and running! Pizza is ruined!
I had my first meat lover's pizza in a while last night. Blech. I can't believe I used to crave this stuff. It was so salty. And greasy. Up 29 hours. Maybe 25 minutes of nap
Dad in hospital. So tempted to grab an energy drink while I wait for his completed procedures. Took a 20 minute brisk walk. Didn't help. Anybody have any advice? Energy levels nearing the end.

Worried about the time change
I don't mean to be a delicate flower, but changing time, time zones, or traveling throws me off balance. This year I'm doing c25k, and about to start the dreaded week 5 on Monday. Any advice on how to best handle this without wrecking Monday's run?

Is current MFP calorie limit correct still?
When I first started logging in this year, I put my activity level low. Sedentary lifestyle, not exercising much. Now, 24 pounds down for the year, 12 since MFP. Doing c25k Mon, Wed, and Fri, Walking 2 or 3 times a week for 20 minutes+ at lunchtime. Is it time to change activity level and daily allotment of calories?…

Looking forward to ...
Being able to jog/run for 30 minutes at a time. Or more! Not having to depend on a voice prompt, just getting out there with confidence to just do it. Completed the app and ran a 5K in 2015. Had a total hysterectomy 8/2/16. Now I'm back to "normal" and I want to run again. Who will join me? Or keep me accountable?

When your 'healthy' lunch has too many calories. :-(
So I began this weight loss journey with January 1st. Looked into the healthy eating recipes. Buddha bowls. Healthy, right? Sugar level number question
I was bad today. Ate out at Arby's. (Haven't filled out my diary yet) But had a shroom sandwich, curly fries and an unsweet tea at about 1:30 today.
