Coughing after running outdoors in cold weather

Resuming cardio after sprained ankle

I'm losing muscle - is that typical?
Since joining MFP, I have been tracking my body fat percentage using a Tanita body fat scale. In three weeks, I have lost a total of 9.4 lbs. My body fat percentage has dropped by 2.3% which means I lost 7.2 lbs of fat and 2.2 lbs of lean muscle. Is that typical and should I be concerned?

Should I use MFP exercise calories or my own?
The treadmill and elliptical I use displays the estimated calories burned after I exercise based on my weight and intensity. These numbers are significantly higher than the calories MFP credits me when I report the activity (by about 300 calories). I haven't been changing the MFP amounts. Correlation between sleep and weight loss
My doctor told me that a probable cause of my sluggish weight loss is not getting enough sleep. I know I should be getting 8 hours per night, but I actually get between 5-6. How many hours of sleep are you getting per night?
