for those of you who do bulk/cut cycles, what is your macros during your cutting phase? A lot of sites are recommending about 55-60% protein, 20-25% carbs, 20% fat, but this doesn't seem right, and is contradicted by quite a few other sites that are more along the lines of 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat. Low sugar fruits?
Anyone know any fruits which are low in sugar? Fruit is a big part of my diet, but after one apple and a banana I'm already over my sugar goal. Any help would be greatly appreciated
