Cutting macros

Options
for those of you who do bulk/cut cycles, what is your macros during your cutting phase? A lot of sites are recommending about 55-60% protein, 20-25% carbs, 20% fat, but this doesn't seem right, and is contradicted by quite a few other sites that are more along the lines of 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat. So I want to know your personal experiences and what's worked best for you
