cutting: meals, ideas, tips and tricks

Options
It's coming up to cutting season again, and was wondering if anyone could share some recipes, meal plans, tips etc. to get through 3 months of pretty monotonous and boring eating. Looking for a mixture of high protein/low carb/low fat meals, high protein/high carb/low fat meals, and some more broad ideas like how to go about consuming 3-4 egg whites without wanting to hurl, and how to stop grilled chicken becoming the enemy. Anything and everything's welcome, but breakfast is my biggest hurdle at the minute :)

The egg whites are cooked, right? Make omelette with veggies and spices.

yes, they're cooked, but I meant eating 3-4 a day, for about 3 months straight, without getting sick of the idea of them, sorry that wasn't clear, and thanks for the suggestion :)

I make a roasted vegetable and egg white casserole every week for breakfast. Top it with verde chicken and salsa and never get tired of it. As far as the other meals, there's so much to do with chicken. Just change up the spices and/or sauces.
