Self sabotaging?
I've injured myself, so am mobilising with difficulty although I continued calorie counting until a few days ago. I found myself reaching for takeaways 4 days in a row and topping it off with ice cream. Problem is, I am the lightest I've been for years, so why am I trying to actively ruin this?

It gets harder the lighter I get?!
As above really. It's logical, but I can't believe that the lighter I get the harder I have to exercise to burn those calories. It is frustrating and slightly disappointing. Any suggestions as to how anyone has overcome this? Ty
