aqua aerobics?
Does anyone do aqua aerobics? I have arthritis in my knees and severe asthma so most other exercise is out for me.. but would like to hear if its as good as it sounds

Im being a pest tonight!! I, along with lots of others, like bread.. Which bread is the healthiest to buy, ive normally only every went for bog standard white bread!

filling in the food diary?
Im after a bit of an insight really.. When you fill in your food diary for home cooked meals, am i doing it right by weighing everything individually ie mince or chicken, then filling in each item seperatly on the food diary.? thats how ive been doing it ..
