Anyone have any information/personal experiences with compression socks? I've read that they can be good during recovery but was looking for input from people who have used them. They're sooo pricey that I'm nervous to get some just to try.

Cutting back before a half marathon
Just wondering how many miles a week people run and what they cut back to the week before a marathon and the week following a marathon. I'm currently doing between 30-40 miles a week and wondering what I should do the week before my race. Any suggestions or successes?

Anyone use Nike+ ever have a problem getting their runs to send to nikerunning.com? Mine will show up on the tab in my itunes but not actually send to my nike account. Can anyone tell me which (some) foods that have "good" cholesterol in them and some that have "bad" cholesterol in them. sugar
I am having trouble staying within the sugar limits I get. But I think part of the problem is because this calorie counter doesn't know the diffference between the good sugars and bad sugars in food. How can I keep a more accurate count? Sugar and fat are two of my main concerns.
