Cymbalta and Weightloss
I am currently on Cymbalta and I am never and I do mean NEVER hungry. When I try and eat I get upset to my stomach. Drinking isn't so bad but I still feel nauseous. I am fairly new with this drug and wanted to know if any of you are on it and if these side effects are normal.

TOM Intake
I read somewhere a few weeks ago that when your TOM comes around that you should change up what you eat and your calorie intake. I have been searching all over to try and find the site so I could post it here but I'm not having any luck. What do you all think? Does this make sense?

Boredom Cravings
How do you all deal with Boredom Cravings? I get Boredom Cravings a lot, and it's not easy to fight off. I used to munch on Pickles but that's getting a little old for me.... Any tips? Ideas?

How often should I lift weights?
I bought a set of weights this week to help tone up. I was wondering if it is good to lift weights daily or is is best to give your muscles a break in between? Is every other day a good plan? or should it me more often?

Best time to exercise?
Does anyone know when the best time of day to exercise is? Or does ti even matter? I try to do my workouts in the morning and when my daughter is down for her nap. However it doesn't always work out that way. Any thoughts?

Reached My 1st Goal!

i have lost 15.4lbs so far and I'm starting to get down. I have lost weight but nothing has changed. My clothes fit the same and it's getting me down. I thought i would have at least gone down 1 pants size. whats going on here????
