TOM Intake

I read somewhere a few weeks ago that when your TOM comes around that you should change up what you eat and your calorie intake. I have been searching all over to try and find the site so I could post it here but I'm not having any luck.
What do you all think? Does this make sense?

I have never heard this before. TOM will lead to water retention, which will possible make the scale go up anywhere from 3-6lbs. I would watch your sodium intake so that you don't cause any excess water retention. As of your calories I would keep them with what your MFP has them set for you as. Still do your workouts tho, cause I know when it is my TOM I dont feel like exercising, but after I do I feel a lot better. Keep up the great work !!0

Urgh...TOM. I'm there now. I find I'm a little more sluggish in the morning, and I can't be bothered with a lot of things, but once you get up and start going it's all better. It hasn't really affected me weight wise though, I still keep under calories. Exercise wise I try to go for my runs but it's more likely just going to be a walk.
Luckily it only lasts 2 days for me0
