Has anyone ever tried the Special K Protein shakes? What do you think? I am looking for in-between meal snacks that are filling (since in between meals seems to be my worst times for endless snacking) with as little sugar as possible. Any other ideas?
3 Day Military Diet
Has anyone ever done the 3 Day Military Diet?? I did it once before and lost 7 pounds in 3 days. I am thinking of doing it again within the next week to boost my metabolism and my weight loss!! It takes a lot of self-discipline and a lot of support. Anyone else want to do it? Let me know!
