First off it was far from wonderful. The results were, but the 3 days were not. I gained the weight back after doing it, and need a quick fix for an upcoming trip I'm going to be taking.

I agree with you 100%! I think I am afraid of the work it will take, and all of the changes that will take place. I have gotten comfortable the way I am now and that is the saddest part! I am ready for new changes for a better me, we can definitely do this together!!

Every single muscle in my body is killing me...but besides that ...good! lol

It will get better. The extreme hunger only last for the first few days (about 3 for me). Soon you will get into the swing of logging all your food and feeling better with the decrease in calories. Just try to keep yourself busy and out of the kitchen. Workout, go shopping...anything to keep your mind off the food!!

Hey Ericka! Welcome back to MFP. I know it can be tough sticking with this, but the hardest part is just getting through the first couple of days, then logging all your food becomes second nature! You can do this!
