fatigue due to medication
I upped my anti-depressant last night (per doc orders) and realized this morning that my extreme exhaustion was because of that. Should I push through this and go workout or just go take a nap?

Muscle cramps
Hi peeps. Most people get charlie horse cramps in their calves, but I get them in my abdominal area TOO often. I'm pretty sure I get enough potassium and other vitamin/minerals, so I don't know why I keep getting them. I can't bend over too long or it cramps up. Not sure where to post this...but I have a confession!!
I don't know if I'm the only one, but sometimes, when I need motivation (more often than not) I will post my exercises BEFORE I actually do them! By doing this, for some reason, makes me feel accountable and I get my butt in motion. HA! Anyone else do the same, or am I the strange one?:huh:

Just a tiny rant
I've enjoyed using MFP so far except when I have to add in the strength training exercises. I don't remember the exact names of the certain exercise and for some reason that annoys me :P That's all :D
