Has anyone ever done Jari Love Ripped 1000
I do not yet have a HRM and I would like to know if anyone has done this DVD and how many calories they really burned..... I'm sure not everyone burns 1000 calories, just kinda looking for an average

am I eating enough?
I wondering if I am eating too few of calories? I only have 7 pounds left to lose, then I will maintain. I am eating 1200 a day, and I exercise pretty hard for an hour a day 5 days a week. I do now eat back my exercise calories (kinda scared too). But the scale isnt budging much and its getting frustrating. Like yesterday…

Just thought I would share this recipe
This stuff is sooooooo good, I make a pot of it every week and eat it for lunch or dinner. It is so filling and it has only 112 calories for a cup! So if you doubled that you would still be under 300 (although you probably wont cuz its so filling). Try this soup, its so good, for so little calories.....…
