How long to wait before working out after eating...
i *used* to have the problem of getting really bad stomach cramps while exercising and it hindered my workouts... but i started waiting 3 hours after eating and they went away... is this waiting too long? overkill? has my body already consumed most of the energy i've eaten after 3 hours? how long do you wait?

should i count the calories in the gum i chew?
i chew 5 gum (rain i think its called) and each stick contains 5 calories and i usually chew 2 at a time.. ive read that you burn the calories in gum from just chewing it but idk if its true.. so should i count these calories?

I do oblique exercises a lot... and there is not any exercise for obliques in the exercise database... what's up with this? Do they just lump obliques in with core/abs?
