yes, stop losing. decrease cardio and increase weights. your current weight is already really low.0

I am the same size, so definitely think it's an ok place to be, but we are all different. If you are comfortable cutting the cardio, try cutting 15 minutes or maybe even half an hour on the days you do weights. You should also start eating closer to maintenance to see what happens. I actually intended to stop losing about 113 but just kept going, even when I upped my calories and cut my workouts. I'm about to start training to walk a half marathon, so I've upped my calories again.
If you weren't weight training before at 105, you might not get that low again with a better body composition.
Just do what makes you happy, but if you keep losing, be careful. Even with a small frame, any lower than 105 is getting dangerous.0 -
Yes, I agree with the above. You don't need to lose any more.
Also, if you are afraid to stop doing cardio then you should take a close look at your relationship with food/exercise. Being truly afraid to stop exercising is not a good sign.0 -
thanks for your input everyone... yeah before at 105 i wasnt doing any weight training so you are probably right!
jayliospecky - yes i agree i can recognize that its not very healthy to be afraid of cutting back on exercise. im just so hard on myself and afraid of failure but since my weight is healthy now i know that if i gain a few pounds i can work it off again. ive never done this before so im still learning the ropes
thanks again everyone
on and PS: i did pretty much all of my weight loss without MFP and that was without worrying much about what im eating.. now that im aware of what i put into my body it adds a whole new level to this process!0
