what was your favorite book and why?
this changes everytime i read through them. right now my fave is breaking dawn, because i *love* jacob's section of the book. it's so nice to see a change of perception, and i love how he's so cheeky and to the point, and also how he gets so irritated with bella and her 'martyrdom'. i'm sure i'll probably change my mind…

when you visualize yourself...

Today has been a success because...
i jogged 4 miles and shaved about 20 seconds off of my time. i smiled at strangers and they smiled back. i drank 32 ounces of water before 11:30 am. okay - your turn!

working on mile 4...
today was my second time jogging four miles. i am going to try and get comfortable with it in the next couple of weeks and then increase it by another half a mile. my time was four miles in 49:21, so my average mile is about 12:15. not too shabby, but i'm hoping my speed will increase in time too! how goes it?
