Did you feel a difference when you started making changes?
I'm not on a diet but I did eliminate things like soda pop and only have sweets once in awhile. I added more fruits and veggies w/brown rice. Customer at work lost over 80lbs
I've been working in grocery for many years now and I feel almost embarrassed that I didn't recognize my regular customer because she looked so good!!! She looked so happy and healthy! I had to do a double take !! She said she feels good and alot happier! Makes me want to work harder!

Any really good dance ftness dvd's ???
That is the one thing that keeps me working out especially because I have a bad knee. I actually injured my knee from doing the turbo fire workouts and my dr advised that I stay away from that.. I placed Zumba on hold at the library. Dance is low impact and easy on my knees. I'm getting bored with the DVD's I have because…
