I'm not new here , but it has been a really long time since I came back. Just a few days ago I had my annual physical and had my blood tests done. I just found out that I'm a pre-diabetic . 21/2 years ago I was diagnosed with Hashimotos and also dealing with immflatory arthritis. I'm also on medications for some of these conditions. My doctor suggested that I start food journaling and logging a food diary on here to help me. I was also referred to a nutritionist and to exersize more. Due to my arthritis issues in my legs, it is a challenge but luckily I have access to the YMCA that can help me . I have been making use of the Y360 for when I can't make an in person workout.
