Did you feel a difference when you started making changes?

I'm not on a diet but I did eliminate things like soda pop and only have sweets once in awhile. I added more fruits and veggies w/brown rice. Other than that I didn't change a whole lot as far as my eating. But since my knee is better and I started going back to my regular workout schedule my energy is better. I'm not as stressed and I sleep better. I started making green smoothies and adding shakeology to them as well.
