My Dr has officially released me

For the last 7 months I've had trouble with my left knee. I am taking my Drs advice very seriously because I don't know want to injure myself again. I worked out while under drs care but it was hard to get motivated. I decided to follow the entire turbo fire class schedule starting tomorrow. I've had this program for awhile and also did turbo jam but never followed the calandar. I also started making green smoothies included with my chocolate shakeology which helped me get out of my plateau. Just by including more greens into my diet seemed to help alot. I feel that my stress level has gone down alot and I'm not feeling very tired and I actually sleep better so I must be doing something right..
