weight loss before wedding, need friends!
Any ladies out there "sweating it for the wedding"? lol I'm getting married next October, and I hope to be down about 100 lbs by then. I know that sounds drastic but I started at over 300 pounds. Feel free to send me a friend request! :)

egg substitute?
I just bought a low calorie cook book, and all the recipes that require eggs call for "fat free liquid egg substitute". I've never tried egg beaters or anything and I was wondering if the taste/texture is similar to regular eggs when cooked? Thanks.

Some people can be pretty rude/hurtful when they give "compliments". In the past I had one guy tell me, "You look so good now. You were fat as f*** before". I felt so…

afraid I won't be able to keep it off
Hi everyone, I'm a 24 year old female and I've been a yo-yo dieter ever since I was in high school. I've lost 40+ lbs and gained it all back on 3 separate occasions. Losing weight is usually pretty easy for me because once I'm motivated, I stick to it.... Almost to a fault. I'm very neurotic and I start getting obsessive…
