1st marathon - suggestions??
I just finished the flying pig 1/2 marathon in Cincinnati, OH. I finished in 2:12:58. I have decided to start training for a full. However, in order for me to actually finsish 26.2 miles it will need to be fairly flat and I will need LOTS of crowd cheerers! Any that you have done that were just exceptional??

Garmin GPS watches?
I run about 30+ miles per week and am thinking of getting one of the Garmin GPS watches. I have read LOTS of reviews and they are so mixed. I have seen lots of reviews where the older 305 model has better reviews than the newer 405. Any of you guys have one? What are your thoughts?

Breakfast before I work out?
Question: I get up at 4:45 to head to the gym and I get there by 5:30a.m. I do a 10 minute mile on the treadmill followed by a 45 minute spin class and then I do 30 minutes of lifting.
