I have the beginnings of a head cold: scratchy throat, stuffy nose, swollen lymph nodes feeling crummy. Should I work out tonight or rest?
I've lost 10 lbs so many times. I'm there again, and I'm already tired of tracking and paying attention all the time. Help me move past it.

What are your favorite diet friendly splurges (Between 100-200 calories)? I really like the Healthy Choice Greek frozen yogurt--100 calories and York Peppermint Patties--140 calories. I'm looking for some new ideas. I want things that are tasty and I prefer real food to chemically enhanced foods. Thanks. kt
